DETAILS

Each 16 x 16 embroidered piece of fabric is a one-of-a-kind creation done by our amazing artisans. Each artisan was invited to create a design that held personal significance and inspiration for them while sharing a heartfelt note about the story behind their artwork. This is what the creator, Lucia Lopez Gómez, wrote about her piece:

“I drew a bird of the toucan species because near my house there is an avocado plant, and many of those birds come. I also drew two birds on a flower branch because when I feed my hens, little birds arrive and eat corn along with them. And as the center of my illustration, I drew a poinsettia flower because every Christmas I have a wonderful time, and one of those days we celebrate in a way that I love each year.”
