Shipping:
For local customers based in Dallas, pick-up is available at checkout at no additional charge. Pick-up is available Monday through Friday 10AM - 5PM. Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed. We also offer local delivery for $15 to select Dallas zip codes. Orders must be placed before 2 PM CST to qualify for same day delivery. Local delivery is business days only.
International packages ship with a flat fee of $55 and are sent via DHL. International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties, and fees, which are the full responsibility of the recipient.

Returns:
Please note that returns for unworn items in new condition with all tags attached will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. International orders, ceramics, homeware, bridal orders, hair accessories, and earrings are final sale.
We reserve the right to reject a return if we believe the item has been worn. Note that we do not accept returns on international orders. We are so grateful for your support of our brand and mission and want to do our best to take care of our customers. We ask that you respect us in turn. If you would like to return your piece, please go to this link to get started. A USPS return label will be automatically generated. Please note, shipping cost of the return label will be deducted from your return total. Free returns are offered at our Dallas Store.
