Please note that returns for unworn items in new condition with all tags attached will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. International orders, ceramics, homeware, bridal orders, hair accessories, and earrings are final sale.
We reserve the right to reject a return if we believe the item has been worn. Note that we do not accept returns on international orders. We are so grateful for your support of our brand and mission and want to do our best to take care of our customers. We ask that you respect us in turn.
If you would like to return your piece, please go to this link to get started. A USPS return label will be automatically generated. Please note, a $10 flat fee will be deducted from your return total for return shipment and processing.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed after your return arrives at our warehouse. Please note, if you send an item with your own USPS label or other shipping labels, we are not responsible for the loss or damages to any items before they are recieved at our warehouse. We ask that you use our return link.
Shipping:
We offer three options for domestic shipping: FREE UPS Ground, UPS Standard 2-day, and UPS Standard overnight.
For ground shipments, please allow 2 to 6 business days for arrival. Orders will ship out same day if placed before 2 pm CST. Orders placed after 2 PM CST will go out the following day. Please note that ground, overnight, 2-day shipments will arrive by 8 pm. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm CST will be shipped on Monday. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
We also offer local delivery for $15 to select Dallas zip codes. Orders must be placed before 2 PM CST to qualify for same day delivery. Local delivery is business days only.
International packages ship with a flat fee of $55 and are sent via DHL. International shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties, and fees, which are the full responsibility of the recipient.
