What are your customer service hours and whom do I contact for help?

Mockingbird Lane, Suite 102, Dallas, TX 75235 on Monday through Friday from 10AM to 2PM or call 214-377-8738.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 2 pm CST ship out same day. Orders placed after 2 pm CST ship the following business day. Orders placed after Friday 2 pm CST ship on the following Monday.
Where are your products made and by whom?
All of our products are hand-embroidered and woven by hundreds of artisans throughout Mexico. These garments are then finished by our talented team of seamstresses, who add sleeves and other design elements to the dresses and tops. Read our story to learn more about our mission.
How should I care for my garments?
As our pieces are handmade, we recommend washing them by hand or on a delicate/cold cycle, with the garment turned inside out. Dry cleaning is also the safest option, especially for pieces with silk threads, which should be dry-cleaned only. Following these care instructions will help your garments look their best for years to come.
Do you pay your artisan partners fairly?
Yes. Fair compensation is a core value of our brand. Paying our artisan partners fairly not only helps us build long-term, sustainable relationships but also supports them in preserving their craft and traditions for generations to come.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to love your Mi Golondrina piece! If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange unworn items in new condition with all tags attached within 14 days of purchase.
