Position: Sales Associate

Overview:

Mi Golondrina is seeking a dedicated and personable Sales Associate to provide an exceptional, luxe shopping experience for our clients. This role blends customer service, showroom management, and event planning, ensuring the highest standards of service and style. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, highly organized, and eager to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a welcoming and elevated in-person shopping experience.
  • Assist with showroom operations, ensuring the space remains inviting and organized.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through in-person interactions, phone inquiries, and email communication.
  • Maintain inventory organization and assist with processing orders.
  • Conduct customer outreach and follow-up to build relationships and enhance the Mi Golondrina experience.
  • Assist in planning and executing in-store events and regional pop-ups.
  • Support alterations, custom orders, and specific client requests as needed.
  • Showroom hours are Monday–Friday, 10 AM–2 PM; additional hours may be required based on business needs. 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-end customer service preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills—a "people person" with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A team player who is adaptable and eager to take on various showroom and sales tasks.
  • Flexible availability to support events, customer needs, and occasional travel.

Position: Integrated Marketing Director

Overview:

Mi Golondrina is seeking a strategic and results-driven Integrated Marketing Director to lead and execute a cohesive, multi-channel marketing strategy. This role will ensure all marketing efforts—including email, social media, influencer partnerships, PR, collaborations, and digital marketing—work together to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker with strong leadership skills who can align marketing initiatives with business objectives, optimize performance across channels, and grow Mi Golondrina’s presence in the luxury artisan space. They will collaborate closely with Alexis, who is already managing content creation, email marketing, social media, and photo shoots, to refine and elevate our marketing strategy. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy across email, social, influencer marketing, PR, and partnerships to drive brand growth.
  • Own the marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns and initiatives align with key business goals.
  • Lead influencer and partnership strategy, identifying and managing relationships to expand brand visibility.
  • Oversee email marketing and digital campaigns, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
  • Manage social media strategy while ensuring brand consistency and growth.
  • Lead PR efforts, securing media placements and brand collaborations.
  • Support retail and pop-up marketing strategies, ensuring seamless execution of in-person activations.
  • Analyze marketing performance across all channels, leveraging insights to refine strategy.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling, on-brand content that resonates with our audience.
  • Ensure alignment between product launches, sales initiatives, and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven experience leading multi-channel marketing strategies with a strong understanding of e-commerce, influencer partnerships, PR, and digital marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage a growing team.
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with a passion for brand-building.
  • Strong analytical mindset to measure success and optimize strategies.
  • Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
