This role holds full ownership of business performance, including P&L, and is responsible for aligning Product, Marketing, Operations, and Finance. The ideal candidate is both strategic and highly execution-focused. The candidate must also be comfortable making decisions, driving accountability, and operating within a creative, founder-led environment.

Marketing & E-Commerce Associate
Mi Golondrina is seeking a highly organized, creative, and technically savvy Marketing & E-Commerce Associate to join our fast-paced marketing team. Working closely with the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will help bring our brand to life across every customer touchpoint. This role blends creative storytelling with e-commerce execution, supporting everything from collection launches and photoshoots to social media, email marketing, and website merchandising. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and excited to contribute across both creative and operational initiatives in a growing luxury lifestyle brand.
