Our Coco dress is the perfect go-anywhere transitional dress. The dress is maxi-length and made of 100% cotton. The dress has a v-neck with large princess 3/4 length sleeves. The piece is hand-embroidered with lila flowers flowing down the dress by artisans in Zinacantán, a community in Chiapas.

Zinacantán, a town in the Chiapas highlands of Mexico, is renowned for its vibrant clothing traditions, deeply rooted in its Tzotzil Maya heritage. The community is known for its stunning textiles, created using backstrap looms and adorned with intricate floral embroidery inspired by the surrounding natural beauty. Artisans skillfully weave and decorate traditional garments such as huipiles and shawls, blending bold colors and detailed patterns that symbolize cultural identity and local pride. This craftsmanship is a cornerstone of Zinacantán’s heritage, reflecting a profound connection to both tradition and creativity.
The exquisite applique featured on this dress was done in Huixtan, Chiapas.
