Jose Garcia is a talented artist that creates intricate designs, while being blind. He uses his hands to feel and to create art.

Jose Garcia uses nature and Mexican culture as his inspiration, but most of his inspirations comes from his muse and his wife, Maestra Santa Reyna Teresita.

His wife helps him with daily tasks and by smoothing the pottery. His daughter also helps with the art.
