Each 16 x 16 embroidered piece of fabric is a one-of-a-kind creation done by our amazing artisans. Each artisan was invited to create a design that held personal significance and inspiration for them while sharing a heartfelt note about the story behind their artwork. This is what Magdalena, the creator, wrote about her piece:

“Hice este bordado con una rosa de flor y unos patos porque la rosa es hermosa, también es parte de la naturaleza, y los patos son tiernos. Son animales que a algunas personas les gustan en su patio, y son hermosos porque son seres vivos y parte de la naturaleza. Por eso hice este bordado."

“I made this embroidery with a rose and some ducks because the rose is beautiful and also a part of nature. Ducks are gentle creatures, animals that some people enjoy having in their yards. They are lovely because they are living beings and part of nature. That’s why I created this embroidery.”
