Each 16 x 16 embroidered piece of fabric is a one-of-a-kind creation done by our amazing artisans. Each artisan was invited to create a design that held personal significance and inspiration for them while sharing a heartfelt note about the story behind their artwork. This is what Maria Perez Giron, the creator, wrote about her piece:
“De mi bordado inspiran las flores porque me dan alegría y salud, y me gusta bordar como las flores.”
"From my embroidery, I draw inspiration from the flowers because they bring me joy and health when they bloom, and I like to embroider like the flowers."
