Each 16 x 16 embroidered piece of fabric is a one-of-a-kind creation done by our amazing artisans. Each artisan was invited to create a design that held personal significance and inspiration for them while sharing a heartfelt note about the story behind their artwork. This is what Ana the creator, wrote about her piece:

“Lo que significa para mi este bordado es cada una de nosotras como trabajamos en grupo de Nichimal. Cada flor que está bordada significa cada una de las mujeres que trabajamos en equipo.”

"What this embroidery means to me is each one of us and how we work together as a group at Nichimal. Each flower that is embroidered represents each of the women who work as a team."
